GCSE (9-1) Media Studies

We have developed a new GCSE (9-1) Media Studies specification for first teaching in England and Wales from September 2017 (first assessment in 2019). We have worked with the teaching community, education professionals and subject specialists to develop the new GCSE Media Studies qualification to meet DfE's subject content requirements.

Our GCSE (9-1) Media Studies specification has been accredited by Ofqual. The specification is available to teach in schools and colleges in England from September 2017.
