Online International Webinars on Hispanic Film and Literature

An exciting suite of webinars on Hispanic Literature and Culture is being offered by Radley College in Oxfordshire as free support for teachers and students. The programme covers a range of texts and films, some of which are offered on the Eduqas specifications:

  • El Coronel no tiene quien le escriba
  • Como agua para chocolate
  • Réquiem para un campesino español
  • La casa de Bernarda Alba
  • Las bicicletas son para el verano
  • El laberinto del fauno

There are also sessions covering the following themes:

  • La Guerra Civil
  • La España franquista
  • El turismo en España - el turismo y el anti-turismo
  • La dictadura franquista en el cine español
  • Los problemas de los inmigrantes en España

The programme is being delivered by an impressive list of acadmics from universities in Spain, Latin America the USA and here in the UK.
