6.6 Logos owned by the company are registered trademarks and guidelines for logo usage must be adhered to. Logos are only permitted to be used under a written agreement from a member of staff directly employed by the company. Once written permission has been received, the Marketing department at the company will issue you with approved electronic versions of the required logo(s). Centres are reminded that, the use of awarding organisations' logos needs to be in accordance with JCQ General Regulations for Approved Centres.

6.7 The use of any third party trademarks on our websites does not imply that WJEC endorses the third party entity.

7.2 You warrant that the personal information you provide is accurate and you are responsible for notifying the company if there is any change in the personal information that you have previously supplied.

7.3 You are responsible for keeping your log in details for the secure website confidential. If you believe your log in details have been compromised, please notify your Exam Officer as soon as possible. You should not share or allow your details to be disclosed to any other person.
