New Staff
Centres with new Exams Officers (or Heads of Centre) can find guidance on amending these and other details within our Centre Information page.

November 2025 Series Entries
The deadline to make entries for the November 2025 series is 4th October 2025, with an amendment window until 16th October 2025.

November 2025 Series Deadlines
October and early November contain the following deadlines for the November 2025 series:

4th October 2025 is the deadline to apply for transferred candidate arrangements for this series.

1st November 2025 is the deadline to apply for Access Arrangements for this series.
These requests can be made through the JCQ Centre Admin Portal (CAP), which can be accessed via Portal.
November 2025 Series Internal Assessment
Our Internal Assessment Mark Input System (IAMIS) will go live on Portal for the November 2025 series during October, allowing centres to submit their marks for internally assessed units/components. IAMIS can be accessed on Portal from the ‘All Services’ menu by clicking ‘Examinations & Assessments’, then ‘Internal Assessment Marks/Outcomes’.
The deadline for submission of these marks is 5th November 2025.

November 2025 Series Despatches
Our Despatch team will begin providing centres with question papers and answer books for the November 2025 series in October. There will also be separate despatches containing registers and examiner labels.
Please remember that confidential materials (including answer books) must be stored securely at all times, in accordance with JCQ requirements.

January 2026 Series Entries
The deadline to make entries for the January 2026 series is 21st October 2025, with an amendment window open until 11th November 2025.

January 2026 Series Deadlines
October contains the following deadlines for the January 2026 series:

4th October 2025 is the deadline for applications for modified papers for the January 2026 series.

21st October 2025 is the deadline to apply for Access Arrangements for this series.

June 2026 Series Preliminary Entries
Preliminary entries for the June 2026 series can be made on Portal, by clicking on ‘All Services’, followed by ‘Entries & Registrations’, and then ‘Make Preliminary Entries’. The deadline for submission of these is 10th October 2025.
National Centre Number Register (NCN) Annual Requirements
During October, NCN will be contacting all examination centres regarding:

Their annual update (to be completed by Exams Officers)
-
Their Head of Centre declarations (to be completed by the Head of Centre).
Annual completion of these surveys is a requirement of all registered examination centres and failure to respond by the 31st October 2025 deadline may result in the removal of centre approval status. Centres are, therefore, advised to respond to these requests as quickly as possible.
