  • Centres to complete and sign off Head of Centre declaration form by 24/04/2024
  • WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding HOC declarations from 25/04/2024

May 2024
  • WJEC to present centres with updated cash in entries on 13/05/2024
  • Centres Internal Assessment (IAMIS) submission deadline and upload of samples of evidence by 15/05/2024
  • WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding IAMIS outcomes on 23/05/2024
  • WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding samples of evidence by 30/05/2024
  • WJEC to follow-up any centres with missing scripts from 21/05/2024

June 2024
  • WJEC request additional / second samples of work for upload to assist with external moderation from 03/06/2024
  • Centres with updated cash in entries to complete and sign off Head of Centre declaration form by 03/06/2024
  • WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding HOC declarations from 04/06/2024
  • WJEC to present centres with updated cash in entries on 04/06/2024
  • Centres with updated cash in entries to complete and sign off Head of Centre declaration form by 17/06/2024

July 2024
  • WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding IAMIS outcomes for a final time before escalation on 01/07/2024
  • Any outstanding HOC declaration, missing scripts or internal assessment submissions and escalations resolved by 15/07/2024

August 2024
  • Centres release VTQ results to candidates on 15/08/2024
