  • 24/11/2025 – EDUQAS to present centres with registrations for checking 

December 2025
  • By 05/12/2025 - Centres to complete and sign off VTQ T Level registration Head of Centre declaration form (provided all information is in order)
  • From 06/12/2025 - EDUQAS to contact any centres with outstanding VTQ HOC declarations 

January 2026
  • 01/02/2026 - EDUQAS contact any centres with outstanding Head of Centre declaration form for a final time before escalation 

February 2026
  • 21/02/2026 – entry deadline date for core external assessments (exams) and employer set project (esp) 

March 2026
  • 02/03/2026 – very late entry fees for employer set project (esp) payable
  • 18/03/2026 - EDUQAS to present centres with entries for checking
  • 28/03/2026 – last day for receipt of EDI entry files for employer set project (esp)
  • 30/03/2026 – Window of assessment for employer set project (esp) opens 

May 2026
  • By 01/05/2026 - Centres to complete and sign off VTQ Head of Centre declaration form (provided all information is in order)
  • 02/05/2026 - very late entry fees for core external assessment (exams) payable
  • 08/05/2026 – Window of assessment for employer set project (esp) closes
  • 31/05/2026 – last day for receipt of EDI entry files for core external assessment (exams) 

June 2026
  • EDUQAS to follow-up any centres with outstanding HOC declarations from 01/06/2026 

August 2026
  • 20/08/26 - Centres release VTQ results to candidates
