November 2025	25/11/2025 - WJEC to present centres with entries for checking
December 2025	By 06/12/2025 - Centres to complete and sign off VTQ Head of Centre declaration form (provided all information is in order) From 07/12/2025 - WJEC to chase any centres with outstanding VTQ HOC declarations By 10/12/2025 - Centres Internal Assessment IAMIS) submission deadline and upload of samples of evidence On 17/12/2025 - WJEC chase any centres with outstanding IAMIS outcomes
January 2026	16/01/2026 - 27/02/2026 - WJEC to chase any centres with missing scripts From 20/01/2026 - WJEC request additional / second samples of work for upload to assist with external moderation (subject teams / external moderator) 22/01/2026 - WJEC chase any centres with outstanding IAMIS outcomes for a final time before escalation
February 2026	27/02/2026 - Any outstanding HOC declaration, missing script or internal assessment submissions and escalations resolved
March 2026	05/03/2026 - Centres release VTQ results to candidates

March 2026	25/03/2026 - WJEC to present centres with entries for checking
May 2026	By 01/05/2026 - Centres to complete and sign off VTQ Head of Centre declaration form (provided all information is in order) 02/05/2026 – WJEC to present centres with entries for checking (not listed previously) By 05/05/2026 - Centres Internal Assessment (IAMIS) submission deadline and upload of samples of evidence On 13/05/2026 - WJEC chase any centres with outstanding IAMIS outcomes From 21/05/2026 - WJEC to chase any centres with missing scripts From 21/05/2026 - WJEC request additional / second samples of work for upload to assist with external moderation (subject teams / external moderator)
June 2026	22/06/2026 - WJEC chase any centres with outstanding IAMIS outcomes for a final time before escalation WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding HOC declarations from 04/06/2026 WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding IAMIS outcomes for a final time before escalation on 17/06/2026
July 2026	18/07/2026 - Any outstanding HOC declaration, missing script or internal assessment submissions and escalations resolved
