Provider Approval

Providers wishing to deliver the T Level in Building Services Engineering will need to gain approval from WJEC Eduqas.

We have a regulatory responsibility to ensure that providers are subject to our due diligence processes, that you understand the requirements and that you have everything in place to deliver the Technical Qualification.

Providers already approved as a centre with WJEC Eduqas for other qualifications with timetabled examinations

Providers not currently approved as a centre with WJEC Eduqas for other qualifications with timetabled examinations

You will need to complete one form:

As part of the T Level Technical Qualification Approval Application form, you will need to submit information relating to your delivery staff and policies.

When should I apply?

The Provider Approval window for our T Level in Building Services Engineering for Construction, for first teaching during the September 2026/2027 academic year, runs from 23 February 2026 – 26 June 2026. Please note that centres who have already received provider approval and wish to add additional specialisms will need to apply within this window for any additional specialism.

If you are not already approved as a centre with WJEC Eduqas, you can begin this process at any time.
