This qualification will not contribute to KS4 performance measures in England after 2023, however the qualification will still be available for delivery.
This qualification has been withdrawn and will award for the final time in Summer 2026.
Principal Examiner and Moderators’ Reports will be released on 30th September 2025 with the exception of GCSE English Language and GCSE Mathematics. These reports were released on 1st September 2025. All reports for the November and January examination series will be released on results days as usual.

Our Level 1/2 Award in Event Operations has been designed to offer exciting and interesting experiences that focus learning for 14-16 year-old learners through applied learning.
The qualification is devised around a 'plan, do, review' approach to learning, where learners are introduced to a concept, carry out activities and review outcomes and learning.
