The way the assessment is structured so that students can fully focus on skills of application in Component 2 and evaluation in Component 3 really sets the Eduqas specification apart from other exam boards and builds on the skills acquired through the study of Component 1 which makes a lot of sense to me and the students! They are also much better prepared for studying Law at undergraduate level now - it’s a thumbs up all round!

The specification is very clear, as are the expectations of students: the latter are realistic and fair, and it is clear that Eduqas wants to support students and teachers. The marking criteria is consistently applied, our results have been absolutely fair, and I have never doubted the moderators or examiners of either the written or practical papers.
